The 3 architects at the base of this concept, Theresia Kohlmayr, Jonathan Lutter and Christian Knapp, had the clever idea to turn abandoned storefronts into beautifully designed guest rooms. The approach is also local: Urbanauts just provides the rooms and lets you discover the neighbourhood for food & entertainment.
