Boulevard at the Jumeirah Towers is a very small Mall located near the DIFC.

It’s filled with restaurants some of them being local branches of famous (and pricey) London ones, among which Hakkasan, the impeccable & stylish Chinese eatery, the Ivy and Alfie’s.
