Chris Bindella is a Swiss restaurateur who came to Tel Aviv many years ago only to fall in love with the city. He’s the fourth generation of a restaurateurs’ family whose history began over a hundred years ago.

Family members still own and operate restaurants in Switzerland and produce wine, grappa and olive oil.

This family really has Italian food in their blood. Mix it with two killing ingredients: a Middle Eastern inspiration and an outstanding interior design and you’ve got the perfect recipe for an amazing dinner (or lunch).
