Rothschild boulevard

The most elegant walk in the White City

Rothschild Boulevard is the most elegant and one of the main avenues of the city. It starts at Habima square (or Hikar Habima) and goes all the way down where it ends when Neve Tzedek begins. Or the contrary…

Spend some time at Kikar Habima, the cultural hub of Tel Aviv. There’s the Helena Rubinstein Pavilion for Contemporary Art, part of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, with a fantastic bookshop, and the National Theatre of Israel.

You can have a coffee on the beautiful esplanade while watching passers-by.

Then walk the Boulevard on the central strip, under the trees, admiring the remarkable Bauhaus style mansions and buildings bordering the Boulevard.

End up in Neve Tzedek, and if you have, a whole day, continue your visit (see our tip).
