Vinski Podrum (or wine cellar) is a wine bar located in the Dorcol area (old town).  The design of the place is original and elegant, the atmosphere warm and comfortable, the service hospitable and attentive.  You really feel like you can sit there for hours, sipping on your favorite wine.
